At Skupics, we pride ourselves on building long-term partnerships that go beyond just delivering great images. One of the clearest examples of that is our relationship with Reliance Worldwide Corporation (RWC). We have been proud to serve RWC for over a decade.
RWC and its family of brands transform performance and efficiency for plumbing and heating, smart homes and specialist industries around the world.
A Decade of Collaboration
Our partnership with RWC began back in January 2015. They are not only one of our first recurring clients but also the longest consistently recurring client we’ve had.
Since then, we’ve produced over 25,000 images across their family of well-known brands, including: Cash Acme, Eastman, EZ-Flo, HoldRite, John Guest, and SharkBite.
From photographing individual SKUs to entire product lines after new acquisitions, our work has grown in step with RWC’s expanding catalog. Through it all, we’ve maintained the same goal: deliver high-quality, consistent product photography works for their business.
The 2024 DAM Overhaul
In 2024, RWC came to us with a new challenge: they were migrating to a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. As part of the switch, they wanted to:
-Standardize all imagery from the past 10 years
-Eliminate duplicate and outdated versions
-Streamline the upload process into the new system
Instead of having their team dig through years of image files and sort everything manually, they asked if we could handle the task — and of course, we said yes.
Redelivery Without the Hassle
We pulled every image we had delivered over the past decade, reformatted each one to their new DAM specifications, and redelivered a clean, organized archive that was ready for upload. This saved RWC countless hours of internal sorting and ensured their new system launched with a consistent visual library from day one.
And now? All new product photography we shoot for RWC is delivered in the updated format, keeping everything streamlined for them.

Could we have charged full price to reshoot thousands of images from 10 years ago? Sure. But that’s not how we operate.
