Of course not! Our pricing starts at $45 for 1 – 49 on white images.

Start by creating a list of your top selling, or priority items. We’ve worked with plenty of clients who have thousands of products so we’ll help you create a process to assist you getting started.
In most cases yes, it may take some integration on our part but we are certainly willing to chat about it. Let us know what kind of DAM or PIM you have and we can go from there!
We prefer sample images over explaining any day. We are all visual people and like to have an idea of what you want before we start.
Sure thing. Email us and tell us a bit about your product and we can suggest what our professional photographers feel is best.
We are actively working on adding video! Let us know what you are looking for, and we can go from there.
We will need an importable spreadsheet letting us know what is coming to us. We have a sample spreadsheet to share with you to get you started. We also need the basics of what you are looking for, and what kind of files you would like to receive, but don’t worry, that is our job to ask you. If you don’t know, we will tell you what to ask your webmaster.
Yes. We have an online dashboard for you to log into to approve/reject the images.
Yes. You approve/reject the images on our dashboard and then they are delivered to dropbox.
After the final QA by you, we will invoice. After that, we will deliver your images.

We accept cash, checks or credit card. In certain cases for corporate accounts, we can invoice and set terms.

If we made a technical mistake, yes. If you decided to go a different direction from your original ask, we will need to invoice for the change order, but happily will amend it for you.
Absolutely! We love it when companies have an established vision.
Depends on the product! Tell us more about it!
Yes, you are responsible for shipping both ways. You can provide a shipping label in the box for return shipping or provide us with UPS/FEDEX account information to create one for you. We can also add a shipping charge to your invoice. If you are local, you are welcome to drop off directly to the studio to save on this cost.
Yes, no problem. Please let us know if you need a receipt for tax purposes.

Yes, we have a dock and a forklift so no liftgate is needed.

Our pricing is volume-based. The more images you need, the less each image costs. We ask this to give you the best price possible always.
Yes, if you sign a contract with us we can give you volume pricing while guaranteeing the volume in the calendar year.

Your per image price includes:

  • Product prep- light cleaning, steaming
  • Image capture
  • Background removal (if applicable) includes pure white background or transparent background
  • Hand-drawn clipping path
  • Basic color correction
  • Basic product clean up
  • Custom file naming
  • Multiple images delivery
  • Unlimited usage
We can “get into a groove” and be more productive the more product we have that is alike. This in turn makes us more efficient and cost-effective.
Yes, we have some props in-house that we can use.
Yes, we have had clients direct ship props to us in the past. We can either ship them back to you or store them here for you for your next batch of products.
We value building relationships with our clients so we can add a personal touch to your images first and foremost. We also have a bunch of questions, and information to gather in the first round of working together that it’s easier to talk than to have you place an order. In short, we want to get to know you, and your product well to make sure you are getting the best experience and final output possible.
Yep. We offer custom file naming. You tell us what you need and you’ll get it.
We can spin products up to 1000 lbs (There may be size restrictions)
Potentially, email us and we will talk about it.
Yes, we work with models.
We will charge an additional hourly fee for products that require assembly. (Simple assembly is included.)
Sure, we have a small kitchen scene in our studio, this includes butcher block countertops and white subway tile. If you want something else we are not opposed to trying to find a location at your expense.
We do currently offer corporate headshots upon request. (We do not offer family portraits, kid’s portraits, or pet portraits at this time.)
